Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
Sales Development Representatives work in office three days per week. Information Technology and Workplace roles are required onsite as well.
Do you make exceptions to allow full-time remote work?
If you don't live near a corporate office you can be full-time remote.
