Their mission is to safeguard the nation's financial infrastructure and payment systems to preserve the integrity of the economy, and to protect national leaders, visiting heads of state and government, and other designated individuals. The agency's main office is located in Washington, D.C., with numerous field offices spread across the country and across the world.
