Redeemer Health

Redeemer Health, formerly known as Holy Redeemer Health System, is a healthcare organization based in the US that provides a broad range of healthcare and health-related services, including a hospital, home health and hospice services, two skilled nursing facilities, personal care, a retirement community, low-income housing, an active living community, and a wide range of outreach, fitness, wellness, and educational programs. Founded in 1924 by the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer, the organization's mission is to care, comfort, and heal following in the tradition of their healing ministry. The organization has offices and sites throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and twelve counties in New Jersey.
