Capital Management (Stamford, CT) and the Level20 incubator (downtown Cleveland, OH) come into the office 3 days per week per their team norms.
Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?
97%+ of Progressive's 58k people are working remotely or in a hybrid role where they elect to come in to an office periodically. Roles where the work is done onsite come in per their schedule. These include real estate, building security, print production, and IT hardware configuration. Claims trainees come in 2-3 days per week during their ~3 month training period. Other new hires work from home. Agency sales representatives who work directly with independent agents in their territory and Claims representatives who work directly with auto repair facilities or customers during the estimation process, do not physically come into the office, but are required to go to different locations most days of the week.
