Locations or roles with different office requirements

Are there corporate office locations where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?

There are special events, initiatives and get-togethers at all company, business unit, department, and team levels where in-person participation is either encouraged or reasonably expected, for example, in circumstances where travel arrangements need to be made, etc.

Are there functions or roles where there is a different expectation on time spent in the office?

Deputy provides employees with flexible working schedules. They simply ask that you make yourself available as needed for internal and external meetings and calls and that you do your best work on the tasks at hand. If you will not be available due to illness, vacation, or any other reason, staff are expected to let their manager know in advance whenever possible.

Do you make exceptions to allow full-time remote work?

If you don't live near a corporate office you can be full-time remote.
