Minimum & specific days a week
Corporate employees are expected to go into an office at least 4 days a week, including Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Employees are expected to adhere to their scheduled workdays and maintain consistent attendance. Requests to swap the day off (Tuesday) with another day must be submitted for management approval at least two business days in advance. For unplanned absences (e.g., illness), employees must inform their supervisor at the earliest possible time. Consistent failure to adhere to the set schedule may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the company’s attendance policies.
